The Digital Reading Room

Many courses in the MA-IS program use the Digital Reading Room (DRR), an electronic course reserves database, to provide access to resources to students. The database provides full text access to faculty selected and evaluated resources chosen for specific courses. Resources may be journal articles, e-books, websites or audiovisual materials. It is possible to search across the course reading files. To access the DRR, go to the Library home page ( and click on Digital Reading Room. To view the DRR for your course, click on Index of Digital Reading Files, found in the left navigation bar, and then scroll through the list until you find your course. Graduate courses are listed below undergraduate courses.

If you would like to search the DRR for readings on your topic, use the box labelled "Search DRR", also found in the left navigation bar. Results will be ranked by relevancy.

Research Tip

Cross searching the DRR is a good way to not only find articles on your topic but the names of journals that you may want to search also.
